Smooth Release Film

The “R Series®” represents a new generation of protective release film for the rubber and tire industry. These specially formulated polyolefin compounds do not interact with the other materials present in the various rubber compounds.“R Series” smooth release films when substituted for regular embossed films have shown substantial cost savings and quality improvement for all of our customers. Mor Plastic Industries’ “R Series” films offer superior release properties and significant cost savings due to the down-gauging of the mil thickness required. This elegant and efficient solution offers several noteworthy benefits: easy and clean release and peeling, retaining the freshness and stickiness of the rubber compound, improved mechanical features, economizes volume and storage, and enables 100% recycling, lessening environmental impact. Moreover, Mor Plastic Industries release film is very cost effective compared to regular embossed film or PP liners, and allows more footage per roll. This reduces the number of roll changes required, saving time and cost and increasing productivity. R1 and R20 release films come in a variety of dimensions (width, length, thickness) and colors as per customer requirements.
